Gawd I love this beautiful city I live in!!! San Diego, america’s finest! I don’t make it downtown as much as I’d like… (I tend to stay in my little La Jolla bubble). But when I do head to the Gaslamp, I always make an extra effort to wear something cool, interesting and different. I picked this Donna Mizani romper because I didn’t know if dinner at BANG BANG would end with dancing at BANG BANG. LOL oh, BTW, have you guys tried this new San Diego hot spot???? You’ve got to check it out. Pretty AMAZE! Now, this little romper has been a staple in my wardrobe. LA designer Donna Mizani just gets it. The originator of the infamous cut-out dress has really evolved into a beautiful, sexy, easy to wear line. I tried this romper on and knew it needed to be MINE. The long billow sleeves can be worn at wrist length or pulled up to a 3/4. The high-cut runner short adds sex appeal without over doing it. Every girl should own this. It’s that no-brainer, feel good, look good piece. I added this cool BCBG floral jacket to make the look more dinner appropriate. I’m still OBSESSED with my Givenchy bag, and the pops of red flowers in the jacket made for a more fluid look. I grabbed my comfy Fendi booties which added some edginess! The last touch, my Lanvin inspired necklace I scored in NYC. Don’t worry, I contacted the manufacturer so you guys can buy one too! Oh, and the best part, they’re only $60 which beats the heck out of the $1000 Lanvin price tag! YIKES! I’ll be posting a “where to buy” link and one lucky reader will win one in next month’s giveaway!!! Yes, ma’am I said GIVEAWAY!! ;)

Thank you fashion for repeating yourself every 15 years! (it’s no longer every 20 because we miss certain trends too much to wait another 5 years!) I remember walking into class the first day of freshman year of High School (that makes me feel old) wearing a matching blue camo top with my BFF. I will never forget that outfit as I have been patiently waiting for it’s return. FINALLY, camo is back and better than ever! Whether you are rocking a pair of cargos, a hip blouse or even a pair of cute espadrilles, one things for sure-this print is oh so cool!! From time to time I take my work look to the extreme. I paired this matte Equipment camo blouse with BCBG’s genius chakra skirt. I had happy hour with the girls so I needed a flirty day to night look. I grabbed my Zara lace up pumps which are becoming my favorite go-to shoes and a cute handbag for a fun and flirty look. Cheers Babes!
For fall, there are staple prints that we will always revert back to. Although animal prints are huge, floral prints are becoming even stronger this season. Many designers are fading away from the vibrant hues and transitioning fall into a more dark, romantic feel. Dramatic colors like merlot, hunter green & accents of deep red play a key role in this winters floral palette. I paired this Dolce & Gabbana looking blouse by Aryn K. with J. Brands metallic gold skinnies. Since we are now officially in fall, I opted for a statement pant and saved my leather leggings for a cold winter day. This top is incredible, its versatile look can be tucked into a port pencil skirt, paired with black pumps and gold jewelry for a drop dead gorgeous look.
I had a dinner date with my babe and it finally started to feel like fall. I felt my Fendi pyramid stud pumps were the perfect shoe for this look. Trust me, get these babies! They’re as comfortable as they look! Anyyways, the gold pant really accented the undertones of the blouse I wore. I grabbed my go-to BCBG Max Azria laser-cut clutch, layered on my favorite red lipstick, YSL Rouge Pur Couture in 203 & headed to din. Easy Breezy!
I love street art and the look of urban graffiti. Like fashion, it’s so expressive. And this blazer screams “check me out!” I’m all about adding a crazy blazer or detailed jacket to more muted pieces. It totally makes the outfit. Since this jacket is more of a fall piece, it made for a great way to transition my spring pastels into fall. And FYI, this Parker blouse looks ahhhmazing with everything! It’s definitely a staple.
